Jeff Melcher

Jeff Melcher is an experienced professional in the electrical and quality control sectors, currently serving as the Quality Control & Turnover Lead at Chemco since September 2022. Previously held positions include General Foreman - Maintenance and Maintenance Electrician at The Bouchier Group, and Quality Control Lead at Chemco. Jeff has a robust background in overseeing field operations, managing manpower, building test and turnover packages, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across various oil and gas plants. Additional expertise encompasses electrical maintenance and planning, as demonstrated in roles with Shaughnessy Technical and Bertram Electric, where skills included troubleshooting, service calls, and mentorship of apprentices. Jeff holds a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, along with certification as a Infrared Thermographer from the TEGG Institute.
