Simon Shen

Simon Shen, P.E. is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and management within the oil, gas, and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at Saulsbury since September 2022 and as Sr. Process Engineer at Chemex Global, Inc. since August 2021, Simon has previously held senior engineering roles at Bechtel and CB&I. Expertise includes generating simulation models with HYSYS and UniSim, providing technical guidance on equipment sizing, as well as managing commissioning and startup activities in brownfield projects. Simon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
