Jethro Iruobe

Jethro Iruobe joined Chemical and Allied Products Plc in 2019 as the Head, Human Resources. He has 14 years’ experience in Human Resource.

He leads the HR function of CAP supporting it in HR Strategy and Execution, Policy Design and Implementation, Change Management, Business Partnering, Performance Management, Organization Design, Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR Administration, Leadership Development, Total Rewards, Employee and Industrial Relations. His industry experience cuts across various sectors including Consulting, FMCG, and Manufacturing where he has supported the organisations to win in the marketplace.

He has a first degree in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Benin and an MBA from the Prestigious Manchester Business School, UK. In addition to being a PMP Certificate holder, he is also GPHR certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute
