Cecile Loiseau

Cecile Loiseau joined Chenavari in October 2019 as its Group General Counsel, after having spent 12 years at LGT Private Debt (previously known as European Capital) as Legal Counsel.

Prior to this, she spent 9 years at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP working in their London, Paris and New-York offices where she focused on financing. Cecile holds a Master’s degree (DEA) from the Paris-II Assas University and an LL.M from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the Paris and New-York bar.
