Cristian Postans

Cristian Postans joined Chenavari in August 2014 in the Private Credit team. Cristian was a real estate finance lawyer at Freshfields and Travers Smith before joining RBS in 2004, initially as internal legal counsel in the real estate finance business unit. He subsequently moved into the new originations business team as a Director focusing on transaction execution and portfolio management. Post 2009, his role was focused on loan workouts and restructurings as part of the de-leveraging process in the RBS Non-Core Division where he gained significant experience across multiple European jurisdictions.

Cristian holds a LLB (Hons) from Durham University and is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
