Roger Triplett

Roger Triplett currently serves as the Regional Program Manager at Chenega Security SBU, overseeing an Access Control Contract for the Missile Defense Agency at Redstone Arsenal, managing 125 employees across three shifts and five buildings with a combined personnel of approximately 7200. Prior experience includes serving as an Operations Officer for the Directorate of Emergency Services at the United States Garrison Redstone Arsenal, representing the Directorate in operational tasks. Roger also held the role of Deputy Chief of Police at the Directorate of Emergency Services for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing and directing police and security operations, as well as guiding staff members. Earlier in the career, Roger worked as a Police Officer, focusing on management, planning, and conducting training for subordinates.
