Brendan Cummings

Brendan Cummings is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since August 2023, Brendan has previously held the position of Partner at Blank Rome LLP from November 2021 to August 2023. Brendan's legal expertise was further developed during tenure as Vice President - Legal and Corporate Secretary at Bilfinger Inc. from April 2017 to October 2021, and as Deputy General Counsel - Global at Tesco Corporation from 2011 to April 2017. Prior roles include serving as Counsel for North/South America and Global Supply Chain at Ensco plc from 2013 to 2015, and as an Attorney at Bell Ryniker & Letourneau, PC from 2007 to 2011. Brendan completed legal education at the University of Houston Law Center.
