Jim Whitling

Jim Whitling currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at ChenMed, a position held since March 2017. Prior to this role, Jim accumulated extensive experience at Alcon from September 1998 to March 2017, where positions included VP, Area Human Resources Head for the United States and Canada, and Vice President of Human Resources for Global Manufacturing and Technical Operations, among other roles. Jim holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a focus on Technical Writing and Business, from Texas A&M University.
