Niraj Dave

Niraj Dave has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Niraj is currently the Director of Client Engagement at Chenoa Information Services, where they are responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of solutions in multiple portfolios, including IoT, ML, and healthcare. Prior to this role, they served as the Principal Client Manager, leading the client management team for the Solutions vertical at Chenoa. Niraj has also worked as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for successfully managing project timelines, budgets, and risks across cross-functional teams and different locations.

Before joining Chenoa, Niraj worked as a Project Manager at CareCentrix, where they led various initiatives focused on automating referral and authorization processes. Niraj played a key role in identifying key performance indicators and calculating the ROI for IT initiatives, as well as creating project plans for application enhancements.

Earlier in their career, Niraj held positions as a Senior Associate in software testing at Future Knowledge Services Ltd, a Software Test Engineer at Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd., and a QA Lead at Sai Information Technology Solutions. Niraj has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.

Niraj Dave obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also earned several certifications.
