Alexandre White-Brown has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Alexandre started their career in 2018 as a Behavioral/Respite Service Worker at Private Care, where they provided one-on-one support to a child with DLG4-Related Synaptopathy. Alexandre created and implemented behavioral goals and tasks and recorded observational data for the multidisciplinary medical team.

In 2018, Alexandre also worked as a Support Worker at Spark Lifecare, where they provided one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorders. Alexandre used behavioral therapy, community integration, crisis support, and companionship to assist them.

From 2020 to present, Alexandre has been working part-time remotely for CHEO as a Clinical Coordinator. Alexandre supports Geneticists and Genetic Counsellors by analyzing waitlist metrics and coordinating supplementary clinics to minimize patient wait-times.

From 2020 to 2021, Alexandre also worked as a Clinical/Research Genetics Assistant at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Alexandre worked directly with Medical Geneticists, providing clinical care to patients in various genetics specialties. Alexandre also supported the Care4Rare research program by enrolling patients with unsolved rare genetic disorders.

In 2021, Alexandre was a Research Assistant at the CHEO Research Institute, contributing to research efforts.

From 2021 to 2022, Alexandre worked as a Clinical Neurogenetics Coordinator at CHEO. Alexandre supported Medical Geneticists and Genetic Counsellors in a clinical genetics setting and collaborated with rare disease researchers through the Care4Rare research program. Their responsibilities included analyzing and monitoring the Neurogenetics waitlist to improve clinic efficiency.

Alexandre White-Brown pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree at Carleton University from 2015 to 2020, specializing in Developmental Psychology and Neuroscience. Following this, from 2022 to 2024, they attended McGill University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling/Counselor.
