James McGahan

James McGahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. James is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe and Digital at CHEP, where they are responsible for recruiting across four business units and leading a team of 15. James has also held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for IMETA and Digital at CHEP, where they were the global lead for technology recruitment. Prior to CHEP, James worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe at another company. Additionally, they have worked as a Recruitment Manager at IRIS Software, a Recruitment Business Manager at Charterhouse Middle East, and a Recruitment Manager at Think Money. James began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Best Connection.

James McGahan attended Loughborough University from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Politics & Economics.
