Melanie Kayes is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CHEP since October 2023, Melanie previously held the role of Project Lead - Talent Acquisition at Kmart Australia Limited from March to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as People Experience Manager at Altus NZ Limited and Talent Attraction & Retention Manager at Northpower, where responsibilities involved leading recruitment strategy and ensuring employee engagement. With a foundational career beginning in HR administration at Auckland DHB and evolving through multiple HR and recruitment positions, Melanie possesses comprehensive knowledge in recruitment and human resource management.
