Jess Puccia

Jess Puccia is an experienced professional in client services and project management with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Head of Customer Success for Northern Europe at Asana since March 2022, Jess previously held the position of Head of Client Services at Capitolis. A substantial tenure at Yext encompassed various roles including Director of Global Managed Services, Director of Consulting EMEA, and Associate Technical Project Manager.
