Eric Chebil started their work experience in 2010 as a Project Engineer at Auburn Mechanical, Inc. Eric then moved on to Kiewit in 2012, where they held the position of Project Engineer for a few months. In 2014, they joined Swinerton Builders as a Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2018. In 2015, they worked as a Real Estate Broker at First Team Real Estate for one year. In 2019, Eric founded Cher and became the Founder & CEO of the company. In the same year, they also joined MuckerLab as an Entrepreneur. In 2020, they joined Queen City Fintech in the same role. Their most recent work experience is with Village Capital, where they started in 2021 as an Entrepreneur.
Eric Chebil completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at the University of Washington from 2009 to 2014. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Architecture and Business Finance at the same institution. In 2014, they attended Kaplan University and obtained a Real Estate Broker license (#01958811). In 2015, Eric received the certification of Real Estate Principal Broker from the California Department of Real Estate. Eric furthered their education in 2017 by completing a Mortgage Loan Originator certification from Kaplan Professional. Before attending the University of Washington, Eric Chebil attended Mater Dei High School from 2006 to 2009. Alongside their formal education, Eric has acquired additional certifications such as CPR & AED from HeartFelt CPR & AED in October 2017, OSHA 30 from OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AUTHORITY - TANZANIA in September 2017, Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License from the Bureau Of Real Estate in May 2016, and LEED AP Building Design + Construction from LEED in North Asia in September 2013.
