Ashleigh Taylor

Ashleigh Taylor, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and related roles.

In 2019, they joined Cherokee Federal as a Human Resources Generalist, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead from March 2021 to June 2022, and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from July 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining Cherokee Federal, Ashleigh worked at Skyline Coffee in 2019 as the Human Resources Manager and Director of Public Relations, from May 2019 to August 2019.

Ashleigh'searlier experiences include working as an Annual Fund Caller at The University of Tulsa from September 2016 to May 2017, and as a Cultural Tourism/Marketing intern at Cherokee Nation Businesses from May 2015 to August 2015.

Ashleigh's earliest work experience was as a Clerk at Mayes County Health Department, where they worked from May 2014 to July 2014.

Ashleigh Taylor, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources, from The University of Tulsa: Collins College of Business. Ashleigh attended the university from 2015 to 2019.

Prior to that, Ashleigh attended Rogers State University in 2014 and 2015, where they pursued general education studies.

In terms of certifications, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in June 2023. Additionally, they completed the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in November 2021.
