Felicia Thomas

Felicia Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Felicia started their career at General Marine Industries/Century Boats as a Purchasing Agent from January 1990 to August 1993. Felicia then joined AAA Cooper Transportation as a Transportation Specialist from April 1994 to May 1999. Following that, they owned a boutique business from May 1999 to August 2001. From August 2001 to August 2004, Felicia worked as a Closing/Title agent while being self-employed. Starting in August 2005, they became a Salon Owner/Manager until March 2018.

In 2017, Felicia transitioned into the talent acquisition field. Felicia joined Change Healthcare as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from June 2017 to April 2020. Simultaneously, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at PeopleScout from June 2017 to August 2020. Continuing their career in talent acquisition, they joined TEEMA as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from January 2021 to September 2021. Currently, Felicia is employed at Cherokee Federal, where they started as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in January 2021 and was promoted to the role of Recruiter II in June 2022.

Felicia Thomas began their education at Wallace Community College in 2003, where they studied cosmetology. Felicia attended the college for one year, completing their studies in 2004. Later, Felicia enrolled at Liberty University in 2014 and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Felicia successfully completed their studies in 2017, earning their BS degree in Psychology from Liberty University.
