Steven Anthony Marley

Steven Anthony Marley has an extensive work experience in the field of pricing and proposal management. Starting in 2009, they worked as the Chief Business Development Officer at All Points Logistics, where they managed the Proposal Operations Group and led contract proposal project teams. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an independent business consultant, advising clients such as Tyonek, LESCO, and MSSI on pricing and negotiations for government contracts. Steven Anthony then joined Tyonek Manufacturing Group as the Director of Pricing, leading a team involved in manufacturing pricing and achieving a high win ratio. Steven Anthony worked at SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CORPORATION as a Functional Analyst from 2020 to 2022, participating in complex projects and providing solutions to difficult programs. After that, they held positions as the Manager of Proposal and Cost Estimating at TMC Design Corporation and the Director of Pricing at All Native Group. Currently, they are working at Cherokee Federal as a Pricing Manager, overseeing pricing efforts for proposals and preparing complex proposals in response to Request for Proposals.

Steven Anthony Marley has a diverse education history. Steven Anthony obtained a high school diploma from Aviano between 1975 and 1978, focusing on general education. Later, from 1990 to 1994, they attended Park University, where they earned a BS degree in Management/Human Resources. In 1996, Marley pursued further education at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, completing a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on Quantitative Analysis between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, Marley obtained a certificate from Dale Carnegie in 2010, specializing as a Certified Dale Carnegie Trainer.
