James Noonan

James Noonan had a diverse and extensive work experience. James started their career as an Attorney at Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin from 1984 to 1988. James then served as President & CEO at McCormick Morgan, Inc. in 1991, followed by President & CEO at Rheodyne, LP from 1994 to 2002. In 1999, they co-founded Innovadyne Technologies, Inc. and served as Chairman until 2004. In 1992, they founded Pivot Point Capital Corporation and held the position of Founder & President until 2016. Additionally, they were the President and Chief Executive Officer at Sunshine Dairy Foods, LLC from 2012 to 2013. James also worked as an Advisor at Ruby Jewel, LLC from 2014 to 2016. Lastly, they were the Managing Director at Cherry Creek Properties, LLC from 2005 until their retirement in 2016.

James Noonan attended Stanford University from 1973 to 1977, where they earned an AB degree in History. James then went on to the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), from 1980 to 1984, obtaining a JD degree with a focus on Taxation. Alongside their law studies, they also pursued an MBA in Finance, General from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, from 1981 to 1984.
