Elizabeth Warner

Elizabeth Warner, MD FACP CPE serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Cherry Health since January 2023, leading one of Michigan's largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers. Warner is also a faculty member at the American Association of Physician Leaders and Catalysis Inc., and the president of Warner Well Being, focusing on sustainable healthcare transformation through coaching and consulting. Previous roles include Medical Director and Physician at Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E., and Internal Medicine Specialist at Bronson Healthcare, where Warner spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning for primary care. Educationally, Warner holds a Doctor of Medicine from Michigan State University, a Master’s in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
