Roslyn Mirandette

Roslyn Mirandette is a Learning and Development Specialist at Cherry Health, responsible for creating and implementing meaningful experiential learning experiences since February 2024. Previously, Roslyn served as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Elevance Health from 2022 to February 2024 and spent 14 years at Spectrum Health, where roles included Senior Instructional Designer, Instructional Designer, Learning Advisor, and Talent Programs Analyst. Throughout this career, Roslyn has focused on impactful learning experiences, leadership development, and the creation of programs for new leaders. Roslyn holds a Master of Arts in Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Writing from Northern Michigan University.
