John Hinger

John Hinger currently serves as Field Marketing Program Manager at Chervon North America, Inc., starting in June 2023. Previously, John was the Lead Pastor of Highpoint Hinsdale from November 2019 to May 2023, where a new church location was pioneered, growing from a core team of 50 to 300 attendees in 18 months. Prior experience includes serving as Country Team Leader for Josiah Venture in Croatia from January 2014 to November 2019, where John successfully launched the organization in a new territory and built a team to execute its mission. Earlier, John worked as Director of High School and Young Adult Ministry at Highpoint Church from 2007 to 2013, overseeing a large team of volunteers and providing counsel to families. Initial work experience includes serving as Assistant Operations Manager at Padilla Concrete Polishing LLC from April 2004 to July 2006, where John contributed to project organization and marketing strategy development. John holds a degree from Moody Bible Institute.
