Theresa Martin

Theresa Martin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company since December 2021, Theresa previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the Baltimore Police Department from December 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Theresa was the Director of Human Resources at Humanim from June 2016 to June 2019 and served as the Human Resources Manager at Baltimore Healthy Start, Inc. from August 2013 to November 2015.
