Mike Bechtel

Mike Bechtel possesses extensive experience in operations accounting, currently serving as Director of Operations Accounting at Expand Energy since October 2024. Prior to this role, Bechtel held various positions, including Director of Operations Accounting, Sr. Manager of Operations Accounting, and Accounting Supervisor at Chesapeake Energy from September 2003 onwards. Earlier in career, Bechtel was the Director of Merchandise Payables, Chief Accountant, and Internal Auditor at Fleming Companies from August 1994 to August 2003. Bechtel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
