Kieran J T. is an experienced program manager and consultant, currently serving as a Program Manager at NatWest Group since July 2023 and as Founder and Principal of Bearlough Advanced Software Solutions Limited since October 2020. With a strong background in strategy and change management, Kieran has been self-employed as a consultant since January 2019, focusing on emerging technologies such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Kieran also collaborates with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland on digital transformation strategies. Previous roles include Program Manager/IT Manager at Ulster Bank, CEO of SmartCentric Technologies International, and various directorial positions at Fujitsu Services and ICL Information Technology Centre.
