Jeanne Toth

Jeanne Toth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and sales within the residential construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Chesmar Homes since November 2016, Jeanne has previously held significant roles including Director of Residential Sales and Development and Manager of Relocation and Realtor Relations at The Woodlands Development Company from January 2010 to October 2016. Additional experience includes Division Sales Manager at Darling Homes (December 2005 - January 2009) and Director of Sales and Marketing at Lennar Homes (March 1999 - November 2005). Jeanne began their career at PPG Industries as a Quality Improvement Specialist from April 1995 to March 1999. Jeanne's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Bowling Green State University, completed in 1993.
