Yuan Tang

Yuan Tang is an experienced educator with a strong focus on special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher (Social Skills Teacher) at Chester Community Charter School since January 2017, Yuan provides social skills support to students with Individualized Education Plans. Previous roles include a reading instructor at Vocatio Career Preparatory School and a home school special education tutor, showcasing a commitment to individual student needs. Yuan's early experience includes teaching in inclusion classrooms and providing autistic support at Olney High School. Additionally, Yuan has a legal background with roles at various legal organizations, including The AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania and the Nationalities Service Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Drexel University, a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Chestnut Hill College, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Advertising from Pennsylvania State University.
