Gretchen Medrow

Gretchen Medrow is a dedicated Case Manager at the County of Chester since January 2021, specializing in client intakes and assessments to facilitate appropriate treatment placements and develop service plans. Previous experience includes roles as a Drug and Alcohol Specialist at Lancaster County Prison, where Gretchen built relationships with various organizations to provide counseling services and prepared inmate assessments. Additional roles include Drug and Alcohol Program Supervisor at Sci Chester, Admissions Coordinator at Bowling Green Brandywine, and Manager/Server at Duffers Pub, where management and teamwork were emphasized. Gretchen holds a Master's degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Criminal Behavior and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilmington University, along with an Associate of Arts in Education from Delaware County Community College.
