Stephanie Rogers

Stephanie (Phillips) Rogers is an experienced management data project manager with a tenure at the County of Chester since October 2005, overseeing the county's Strategic Plan and Performance Management Program. Previously, as a special projects coordinator in the Chester County Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Stephanie managed various short and long-term initiatives, including the development of a business continuity plan. Educationally, Stephanie holds a Master of Public Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography specializing in Urban Planning from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Stephanie served as an adjunct professor in the MPA program at West Chester University, teaching compensation analysis and benefits planning, and was a teaching assistant at the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government, contributing to courses on budgeting and financial management in government and non-profit sectors.
