Annette Frawley

Annette Frawley is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in physical therapy and targeted care. Currently serving as a Targeted Care Specialist 1 at Chestnut Health Systems since June 2021, Annette has also worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Innovate Rehab & Wellness since March 2012, and previously at RehabCare from September 2010 to March 2012. Annette holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis on Substance Use Disorders from Grand Canyon University (2019-2021) and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from State Technical College of Missouri (2008-2010).
