Justin Bell

Justin Bell, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher at Chestnut Health Systems, collaborating with Dr. Dennis Watson on systems for substance use care. Previously, as a research consultant at the same organization, Justin provided expertise in evaluating peer recovery services and community health worker initiatives in Cook County. Justin's academic journey includes a PhD in Community Psychology from DePaul University, coupled with a Master's in Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology and Knox College, respectively. Relevant internships and assistant positions demonstrate a commitment to community health and addiction research, including work with Drug-Free Irondequoit and the Health and Addictions Research Center.
