Randy Dicken, CFM, has over 30 years of work experience. Randy began their career in 1982 with the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Guardian of the sea until 2003. In 2003, Dicken joined Chestnut Health Systems as a Regional Facilities Manager, a role they held for nine years. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of Director of Facilities at Chestnut Health Systems.
Randy Dicken, CFM, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Randy attended the university from 2005 to 2012. In April 2013, they became a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
