Paula Korklan

Paula Korklan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Administrative Services at Chestnut Hill Realty since February 2002, Paula Korklan oversees telephony systems and evaluates acquisition opportunities. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at MDG from October 1999 to September 2001, Paula Korklan centralized human resources activities for a 170-person company, managing compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Earlier experience as the Head Bookkeeper at F. Diehl & Son involved managing accounting operations, training new hires, negotiating purchases, and overseeing marketing efforts.
