Stephanie Vaughan

Stephanie Vaughan's work experience began in 1991 as an Account Executive at AT&T. Stephanie then worked at Aspect Software as a Sales Training Manager from 2000 to 2002, followed by a role as a Sales Training Manager at EMC from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, Stephanie became the President of Coaching at Business Breakthroughs International and also served as the VP of Coaching at TM3 - Training Mastery 3. In 2017, they co-founded Predictable Profits Coaching, where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder and Chief Coaching Officer. Stephanie has also held roles as the Head of Coaching at Forbes Councils, Business Journals Leadership Trust, and YEC.

Stephanie Vaughan attended the University of Washington from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Psychology and Women Studies. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Portland State University in 1995 to 1996, majoring in Psychology.

Additionally, Stephanie has obtained certifications including a Certified Master Coach from The Behavioral Coaching Institute, Presentation Skills Training from The Marketing Group, and a Training Generalist certification from Langevin Learning Services.
