Blaise Lecompte

Blaise LeCompte is a seasoned HSEQ Manager at MORRISON Energy since July 2016, with extensive experience in safety management and hazard recognition. Currently also a Worksite Hazard Management Consultant at Falck Alford, Blaise collaborates with Shell Oil Company to provide training on the ISSOW electronic permit system and advanced hazard recognition. Prior roles include Contract Safety Coordinator at Louisiana University Marine Consortium, where updates to the Safety Manual and training were key responsibilities, and delivering leadership training for the Shell Global Learning group during a project at Carmon Creek while at Falck Safety Services. Blaise previously managed the forced drainage department for Terrebonne Parish Government and has an educational background from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
