Srinivas Mallampalli

Srinivas Mallampalli, PhD, is currently serving as Vice President of R&D at Chetak Technology Ltd, specializing in electrical machine design and motor embedded controls since March 2023. Prior to this role, Srinivas held multiple positions in prominent companies, including Specialist for Motors at Eaton and Technical Lead Motor & Drives Engineer at Dyson. As CTO at Libertine FPE, Srinivas led a team in the development of a 60kW linear actuator and guided integrated power electronics development. Additionally, Srinivas was a Research Scholar at The University of Sheffield, where research focused on electronic pole-changing winding induction machines. With a strong foundation in engineering from GE Global Research-Bangalore, Srinivas has contributed to various industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, and aviation, with expertise in designing high-efficiency electric machines. Educational achievements include a PhD from The University of Sheffield, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School Online, and advanced degrees in Power Electronics and Electrical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
