Maria Barton

Maria Barton's work experience includes serving as a Finance Director at Chetwood Financial Limited since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Group Financial Controller at the same company from November 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at revverbank from July 2019 to June 2020. Maria Barton also has experience at MBNA, where they worked as the VP Financial Accounting and Control from April 2015 to May 2019, and as the AVP - Accounting Operations Manager from June 2012 to April 2015. Maria began their career at Ernst & Young as an Asset Management Senior from November 2010 to May 2012, and prior to that, they worked as an Audit Senior at Baker Tilly from August 2006 to November 2010.

Maria Barton obtained a B.A. hons degree in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Liverpool in 2006. Maria further pursued Accounting and Finance, earning an ACA qualification from ICAEW in 2010.
