Paul Chevalier Ccim

Paul Chevalier, CCIM, is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a career spanning several decades. Since March 2004, Paul has served as the owner of Chevalier Commercial. Previous positions include serving as a CCIM with CCIM San Diego from 2006 to 2009, and as an investment broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial from June 1996 to March 2003. Early in the career, Paul worked as a commercial broker at First Mission Properties between 1989 and 1991, and as a broker at Thomas Fletcher Nicol from 1972 to 1974. Paul holds educational credentials from the University of Maryland and Southwestern College.
