Sreeraj Nair

SreeRaj Nair is a seasoned professional in process safety and risk management with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Process Risk at Chevron since February 2013, Nair has held various roles, including Technical Authority focusing on safety risk management for significant onshore oil and gas facilities and leading the Technical Safety Engineering teams for deep water projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Previous positions include key roles at Angola LNG, Total E&P, Risktec Solutions Ltd, Aker Solutions, and Reliance Industries, where responsibilities encompassed managing safety engineering, conducting risk assessments, and leading safety training initiatives. Nair holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Warwick and multiple degrees in process safety, environmental management, and disaster management from reputed institutions.
