Rick Kapur is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in retail management and service strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Retail Officer at Chevron Federal Credit Union since May 2019, Rick oversees business results across multiple departments, including Branch Network and Marketing. Prior roles include SVP, Head of Retail Delivery at Chevron Federal Credit Union, and multiple senior leadership positions at Citibank, where responsibilities spanned Northern California and Nevada markets. Rick's educational background includes a Graduate degree in Retail Management from the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business, and a BS in Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
