Austin Pett

Austin Pett, PMP, has over 15 years of experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as the Area Lead Engineer for Furnaces at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since December 2007. Austin's diverse roles at Chevron include Lead Project Engineer for the USGC II project, Project Manager for the 1-Hexene SC&P + Harvey Recovery project, and Engineering Design Manager for the PAO Expansion Project, among others. Prior to this, Austin held positions as a Process Engineer and Customer Account Specialist. In 2020, Austin contributed to The ECC Association as the Future Leader Committee Lead. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2007.
