Nina Young

Nina Young is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in materials and corrosion. Currently serving as Principal Materials & Corrosion Engineer at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since August 2017, Nina has previously held the position of Senior Corrosion and Materials Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Metallurgical Engineering Subject Matter Expert and Inspection Engineer at Huntsman Corporation from July 2012 to August 2017, as well as Project Manager at Nova Companies from August 2005 to June 2011. Nina's career began at Messer Griesheim Industries as Product Manager for Non-Cryogenic Onsite Systems and Applications Engineer from November 1994 to December 1997, following a role as Metallurgical and Process Engineer at ALCOA from June 1991 to December 1993. Nina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
