Jamie McMullen

Jamie McMullen has extensive experience in administrative and operational support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Purchasing Assistant at Chex Finer Foods since October 2015, Jamie manages communication between vendors and buyers, addresses purchase order issues, and provides essential support to the Supply Chain Manager. Previously, Jamie worked as an Operations Assistant at On Deck Sports, where responsibilities included supporting the Vice President of Operations and overseeing vendor management. Jamie's career began at General Dynamics C4 Systems, where roles included Material Planner III/Configuration Specialist II and Senior Administrative Assistant/Analyst Business Ops II, demonstrating strong skills in problem-solving, executive support, and project management. Jamie holds an Associate of Science degree in Executive Secretarial Science from Massasoit Community College.
