Ann Roberson

Ann Roberson has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CHF Industries since February 1998. In this role, Ann is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and selecting personnel, as well as coordinating and administering health, safety, and security programs. Prior to this position, Ann worked as a Senior HR Assistant at Conbraco Industries, Inc. from March 1984 to August 1995, where responsibilities included benefits administration for over 450 employees, managing worker's compensation and hourly payroll, and handling HR reporting. Ann holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Horry-Georgetown Technical College, earned between 1980 and 1982.
