Fred Griffin

Fred Griffin is an experienced pilot and check airman specializing in AW139 and S61 type aircraft, with a career at CHI Aviation since March 2006. At CHI Aviation, Fred Griffin has been involved in IFR rescue and search-and-rescue (SAR) operations for oil companies in the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, Fred Griffin briefly served as a search and rescue pilot with Bristow Group in May 2022. Fred Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed between 1976 and 1978.
