Emma Siwabessy is an experienced culinary professional and language instructor with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Club Operations Assistant and Cook at AFSOC Dining Facility since December 2023, Emma has also been involved with the Special Operations Forces Teletraining System as an Indonesian Language Instructor and curriculum developer for US SOCOM since December 2016. Other notable roles include teaching Indonesian at Chi-Chack LLC and self-employment as a Chef, emphasizing the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Emma's culinary experience extends to positions at Wheat Fields Senior Living, Sodexo, and AF FSS, where meals were prepared according to USAF nutritional standards. Additionally, Emma taught the Indonesian language to military personnel while developing comprehensive instructional programs at MiLanguages and NCO Roker at Kadena AFB Services. Emma holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California-Sunnyvale, completed in 2016.
