Cole Mazurek

Cole Mazurek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2011 at Garmin International, they initially served as a Global Transportation Specialist, managing the company's award-winning DOT/FMCSA Fleet Compliance Program. Cole then moved on to become a Project Manager, overseeing the integration of Garmin's acquisitions and identifying process enhancements for the global supply chain. In 2017, Cole transitioned to the role of Program Manager, leading a cross-functional team accountable for ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Cole joined CHI Health in 2018 as a Senior Performance Excellence Coach, where they were responsible for process improvement, change management, and leading special projects. In 2021, they became a Clinic Administrator, overseeing the operations of various clinics and ensuring quality care for patients.

Cole Mazurek completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2007 to 2011. Cole then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2014 to 2017.
