Kingsley Akujuobi has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Kingsley is currently the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, where they focus on developing people management strategies and creating a high-performance culture. Before this, Kingsley worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at CHi Ltd, where they played a key role in driving HR strategic objectives and managing organizational change. Prior to that, they held positions at Heritage Bank Plc, including Head of Performance Management and Regional HR Business Partner. Kingsley also has experience at Springbank, where they served as the Managing Director of First Spring Franchise Services Limited and held roles in procurement and branch operations. Their diverse background and expertise make him a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Kingsley Akujuobi MBA, MCIPM, ACIB, HRPL has a strong educational background with degrees and diplomas from reputable institutions. Kingsley completed their Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from The Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri in 1998. Kingsley then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the University of Calabar from 2001 to 2002. Building further on their education, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services from Lagos State University between 2006 and 2008. These academic achievements have equipped Kingsley with a solid foundation in various aspects of finance and management.
