Burin Piyatassanakul has held various human resources roles throughout their career. Burin started at SCG Cement-Building Materials Co.,Ltd. in 2008 as an HR Officer and progressed to HRD Officer, HRD Assistant Manager, and eventually HR Manager for Cementhai Home Services. In 2016, they moved to Chia Tai Company Limited where they served as an HR Business Partner Manager, GM-HR Business Partner, GM-HR Strategy, and GM-Human Resources. Burin'sresponsibilities at Chia Tai included overseeing HR management, creating HR plans and strategies, driving HR improvement projects, and strengthening the relationship between employer and employees. Burin'sexpertise includes HRM, HRD, HRIS, compensation & benefits, talent management, policy management, and counseling. Burin'swork experience spans 13 years in the field of human resources.
Burin Piyatassanakul holds a Master's Degree in Economics (Political Economy), which was obtained from Chulalongkorn University in the year 2016. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Politic and Government with second-class honors from Thammasat University, between 2004 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Burin has obtained various certifications, including Certificated Plan & Implement OJT from the Institute of Technical Education in April 2015, Certificated HR Professional Counseling Skills from the Adecco Group in June 2014, and Certificated Human Resources and Labor Relation Management from Chulalongkorn University in October 2013. Burin also completed the Compensation & Benefit Specialist Course, ABC: Abridge to business concept program, and HRDP1: Human Resources Development Program from SCG in various years between 2012 and 2013.
