Chie Ushio

Chie Ushio is an accomplished Art Director currently working at Chibitek since April 2023, with a diverse background in graphic design. Chie has been self-employed as a Design Specialist since March 2016 and previously served as a Graphic Design Consultant for UN Women from January 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included designing promotional materials and ensuring compliance with branding guidelines. Chie's foundational experience includes various roles at Penguin Random House from January 2005 to February 2016, and earlier design projects under Julian Peploe Inc. Chie's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts, alongside degrees from Nihon University College of Arts and Tokyo Metropolitan Music and Art High School, showcasing a strong artistic foundation.
