Alex Schneider has a diverse range of work experience in the arts and education sectors. They have been the Coordinator of Visitor Events and Programs at the Chicago Botanic Garden since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Public Programs and Visitor Services at the History Center of Lake Forest-Lake Bluff from 2019 to 2022, where they successfully expanded virtual programming and increased program attendance.

In 2018, Alex worked as a Graduate Intern in Public Programs at the J. Paul Getty Trust, where they researched speakers, organized program logistics, and developed a special exhibit experience.
